(FCA, CISA) is a distinguished industrial administrator, chartered accountant, and the Director-General and CEO of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC). Appointed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, he spearheads Nigeria’s national automotive policy, localized manufacturing hubs, and the strategic transition to alternative energy transportation, including Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Electric Vehicles (EVs). Mr. Osanipin brings over 28 years of cross-industry expertise spanning corporate finance, internal audit, and logistics. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jet Systems Automobile Industry Limited, pioneering homegrown African electric vehicles, and held executive finance roles at the GIG Group and Zenith Bank Plc. An alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University (BSc Accounting) and the University of Benin (MBA), he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) committed to driving eco-friendly, industrialized mobility frameworks across Sub-Saharan Africa.
